News “I won’t apologize for popping the China bubble.” Last Minute WORLD headlines and events

President Joe Biden first made a statement about the Chinese hot air balloon dropped on February 4 and the objects that were dropped after that and which are still not studied. While saying he would not apologize for the Chinese balloon crash, Biden said there was no information that the other three sites were related to Beijing.
The President of the United States made a statement about this, which lasted about 10 minutes.
Biden noted that it is not yet clear what the items dropped on Friday, Saturday and Sunday were.
While stating that intelligence agencies believe the objects are likely to belong to private companies or research institutes, Biden noted that the increase in radar power following the Chinese balloon’s descent may have made it possible to detect the three objects.
“So I’ve tasked my team with developing more precise rules to determine how we will proceed with unidentified objects,” Biden said.
Noting that the United States would develop a system for detecting such airborne objects, Biden also said: “Of course, if any object poses a threat to the security of the American people, I will leave it.”
In his speech, Biden also referred to a Chinese balloon that was dropped over the Atlantic Ocean on the American southeast coast on February 4, and said that the balloon was intended for reconnaissance purposes.
After giving the message that channels of communication with China should remain open, Biden also said that he would soon meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping on the matter.
“I look forward to meeting President Xi,” Biden said. “I hope we look into this in detail, but I won’t apologize for popping this bubble.”
President Biden has been under public pressure for some time to make a statement about this.
Members of Congress, both Democrats and Republicans, wanted Biden to make a statement.
The collapse of the bubble further strained relations between Beijing and Washington.
Beijing claims the balloon is meant to investigate weather events and claims the United States has exaggerated the event.
US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken canceled a previously scheduled trip to China following the incident.
It is stated that Blinken may meet with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi as part of the Munich Security Conference.
