Founding President of the TRNC Denktash commemorated with mercy

Sultanbeyli Mayor Hussein Keskin paid tribute to the memory of Founding President of the TRNC Rauf Raif Denktash with mercy.
Founding President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), Rauf Raif Denktash, commemorated the 11th anniversary of his death with a ceremony held at a mausoleum in the capital Nicosia. At the same time, many famous people honored the memory of President Denktash with their social media accounts. One of those names, Hussein Keskin, the mayor of Istanbul’s Sultanbeyli district, shared the post.
President Keskin, who charitably paid tribute to Denktash’s memory, used the following statements:
“We; If we protect our national and moral values, these values will protect us.” I honor the memory of the Founding President of the TRNC, Rauf Raif Denktash, who dedicated his life to the just cause of the Turkish Cypriots and fought for this cause, with mercy and gratitude in anniversary of his death.”
